The enemies would sometimes teleport out of the pit into the surrounding cave i used as a means to evaporate the water I would fill said pit to drown intruders. Also happens when I have a pit underneath a draw bridge with a 1 tile wide wall around it. Especially obvious when they would sometimes be able to get out but the babies they were carrying died. My dwarves would randomly teleport into the pool and then die. ![]() I first noticed it when I had a barracks next to a pool of water that has a roof over part of it. This appears to happen randomly and I can't for the life of me figure out how to re-produce it.
